Hello,

 

I bought a new HP Envy 13 (13-ah0007nf) on Amazon France. I take the laptop with me all the time and sometime i need to charge it. I bought a 45W powerbank and Type-C cable if i charge it with the Type-C my battery will not be damaged?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether charging the battery using the power bank will affect the battery life.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

As per the specifications of your computer the battery will not get charged through the USB C port on the computer. However, if you are able to charge the battery with the power bank it will not affect battery life.

Thank you for your reply 😁. My computer charge through the USB C only if the computer is shutdown.
