why is my laptop's charging LED light not turning on while charging my laptop? the battery is getting charged but the LED light is not turning on

Does the icon in the systray when you are logged in show that it is charging?

 

Bu the way: identifying your notebook as an x360 does not help. look on the bottom and find the ProdID and Product name. Post it here in your next response.

yes the icon shows that its charging. earlier the LED light was turning on when i was tilting the laptop. i went to hp service centre and told them about this issue. they couldnt sort my issue. now the LED is not turning on at all. but the laptop is charging properly.
