Hi, I have an HP ENVY x360 PC and I was trying to use my external battery power bank to charge my PC but it isn't charging it. The power bank is Iniu 25000mAh 65W USB-C laptop portable charger. Is it not compatible or is it something else?

Are you connecting the power bank to a USB Type-C Thunderbolt port?

There may be an incompatibility issue with your Chinese branded power bank.

Thank you for your advice. I found out what went wrong. It was because I used the wrong cable. At first, I used a USB-A to USB-C cable, in which it didn’t work. So, I then tried a different cable that has USB-C on both ends and it worked.
