Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been a loyal HP customer for over a decade.  I believe I'm on my 4th or 5th laptop from HP.  The charging ports on the laptops over the last 2-3 years are the cheapest, most flimsy parts imaginable.  Why would you do that, other than forcing your customers to buy new laptops after 1-2 years?   Please stop!!!  Buy parts that will last and not be broken so easily.  I will not be buying your product because of this.  I understand every penny counts, but these are not working.
