Hello! I have an OMEN-15-ce0xx. Today I realized that the charging port LED is not turning on to white (meaning charged). It's just off. But the battery shows it's plugged in. Also, the battery is not draining so it seems it is still receiving electricity. I only have its original charger, so I could only plug it somewhere else, but it was still off. I also unplugged it and used a while to test if the battery was draining and the answer was yes. Then I plugged it back and the LED turned on orange (meaning charging) but when it reached to 97-100% the LED went off rather than white. I also checked the battery report from the command bar and it shows that in 2018 November full charge capacity and design capacity were at around 68.000 mWh whereas now is around 46.000 mWh. Obviously, it's a 5 years-old laptop so I guess that's normal? I also regularly change the thermal paste at a shop. I also want to note that after 1 or 2 months later when I got it brand-new it suddenly stopped receiving charge and I sent it to the official HP service and they said it's probably factory fault motherboard so they fixed it. Since then it has worked flawlessly. So do you think is there a problem or is there going to be a problem? Should I do anything? I need this laptop at least 2 more years. Thanks!
