Has anyone else had issues with their HP Chromebooks Charging port pins popping out (I've included a photo below)? We've had around 15-20 that we've replaced so far, and about another 50 that we've found the past few weeks. While we've seen that some of these devices will still charge, we've had one that has caught on fire, from what we believe to be this issue. In some cases, we notice that our students don't notice the broken charging port immediately, and try to connect the charger anyway, which ruins the charger as well. Does anyone have a solution for this issue? It's becoming a costly fix!Center Pin BrokenCenter Pin Broken
