Hi. I recently bought Victus 16-s0023nt. It indicates on the website and the user manual that I can charge my laptop via USB type c because it supports USB Power Delivery. On the site it says 100W 20V will charge the computer. I tried charging it with a 120W type c adaptor and it did nothing. So I am wondering which Watt range my device supports for USB-C charging? Is it only 100 Watts on 20V? If so I am going to buy an adaptor and cable for it.

The official specs say the laptop needs a 200 or 230w adapter. Power Delivery 2.0 and 3.0 are capped at 100w input. PD 3.1 goes up to 240W. The specs for your system do not specify which PD standard it has.
The 120W adapter may be too powerful for PD 3.0 or too weak for PD 3.1 although I would think a 120W USB-C adapter would at least charge the battery on a PD 3.1 system.

I think it is 3.1 Gen 1, not sure though. The port has lightning bolt and SS markings on it. And I know it supports USB-C Power Delivery. It also supports DisplayPort 1.4a according to the website. As of my understanding, these information suggests that it should be 3.1 or higher.
Device Manager (OS: Win 11 Pro):
It says ports are USB 3.0. I am not sure if it's a driver issue or anything else. But I can't use my Steelseries Arctis 7X+ headphones with the type-c port either. My system doesn't detect it. I bought a type-a to type-c adaptor and using the headphones with it. I am just pointing this out to figure out if it is a driver issue or else.
Still waiting for support because I am gong to buy a type-c charging cable and adaptor according to what it supports max.
