Hello, My laptop HP 15s 5136TU, is it possible to use a 65W mobile charger with 60W usb C cable to charge my laptop?

HP does NOT publish its specs, only from a shop in Singapore

Only with a tiny information. I have to use a similar product:

which show it ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to
- Charge your machine,
- Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)
If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

HP 15s 5136TU is an invalid product. What is it ? It must be similar to HP 15s-aa5136TU. What is your aa ?
