Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Laptop don't charge with my 140w Anker 737 Powerbank (PowerCore 24K), its start to charge but after 10 secs and 30-40w the charging process stops and restarts. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately, there is a requirement to make that happen that your laptop's USB Type-C port does not come equipped with.

 

The requirement is  DP Alt mode
