I have the HP  FQ2041TU 15.6 FHD Laptop , I intend to spend a lot of time travelling in my caravan . What I " hope " someone can help me with is -- Can I charge this laptop from a 12 volt battery storage system ( which are solar charged ) ???   I can't find an answer anywhere ... Is there a HP charger / adapter available for this application ??? . POWER SUPPLY type is -- 45W Smart AC power adapter--- BATTERY type is -- 3 Cell , 41 Wh Li-ion --- If there is no " ORIGINAL " HP charger on the market , is it possible to have one made specifically for it ??? .....  Thanks in advance  GregO

@2468GregO

I actually use power from my car and I use a converter from 12V to 240V. I bought it from Jaycar. I used to travel a lot with video cameras, photo cameras and 2 notebooks (1 for myself and 1 for work). I'm a retiree for 3 years now (whoooop exactly 3years today 28Sep) , not travel much due to Covid-19. Depending on your usage, you can use 300W up, mine is 600W.

If you only need for laptop, please check the following HP products

Hope this helps.
