Hello,
today I wake up with problem that my laptop doesn't boot up. It's powered from battery and cable too. But the LED diod next to the charging port is just blinking forever. So I tried disconnect battery and power it only with the cable, but still LED is blinking and I don't know what to do next. Also the battery is broken, I mean if laptop will took power from battery it will die within minute. So it must be the cable but I am not 100% sure so I am asking here. Any solutions to solve it? (LAPTOP MODEL: Hp ProBook 450 G0)

@Crepper -- it is possible that your power-adapter is failing -- not charging the battery, and not powering your computer, after the battery is removed.
Look at sites like eBay and/or Amazon, entering the product-ID of your power-adapter, to find online sellers of EXACTLY your model.
Or, access: http://PartSurfer.HP.com and enter your model-number, to see if the HP Warehouse has the original adapter in stock, and available for online purchase -- probably more expensive than any of the online sellers.
