HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0010na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Okay I've seen a few people seem to be having problems with both charging ports failing after having 2 years I shouldn't be a situation looking to buy a new laptop this is very disappointing from hp having paying £1,300 to find 2 years later I can not use it because the charging ports do not work. This is a big issue and should be a recall on them.

There is one charging port.

Do you mean to say  that the the USB Type-C ports are not working instead?

Does the power/charge LED light up?

Have you tested the AC adapter?

My Spectre x360-13-ap0000 notebook was delivered with a 150 Watt AC adapter that connects to the notebook by way of the USB Type-C ports to charge.

Was yours also delivered the same AC adapter type?

Some are delivered with the 65-W AC adapter (non-PFC, Slim, 1.8-mm)  that has a barrel connector which connects to a port on the notebook.

Have you considered the fact that you battery might  be flat  and may no longer have any remaining service after two years of use?

There isn't a problem with the charger it chargers my phone no problem. I even brought another charger just in case same problem if you move the charger around another you might be able to charger the laptop if I hold in the same place but this is damaging the charging ports. There any issue with these laptops they don't fit the ports correctly and they come lose. See YouTube link below

Since you want to be combative and don't seem to have any desire to actually troubleshoot your charging issue, I will depart your thread.

Ok.

Read my first post again and answer the troubleshooting questions that I asked you.  (hint: results of all of the diagnostics tests, not a selective answer)

If you find that by gently wiggling the power adapter plug while logged in has the effect of the charge led coming on, the issue might be with the DC charging port on the notebook.
