 hi my laptop hasnt been charging when being plugged in. I'm finding this odd as it was successfully charging a couple days ago and now it is suddenly not charging. My charging pin is feeling very loose so I think that might be the problem however I just wanted to confirm wether the charging port is damaged or not as it looks in decent shape to me

@Ishaan_55_

From photos I can see the problem was: you did bend the connector

  (a) Wrongly plugged the cord   or

  (b) Moved machine when using AC adapter   (most likely).

What did you do ? It is much better to see a repairer and ask for help.

Regards.

Hi thank you for the fast reply. Just wanted to enquire from you what you meant by saying that I had bent the connector? Is that the wire for the charger?  Also what do u mean when you say that the cord was wrongly plugged in?  And  that I had moved the machine when using the AC adapter if u can help me with this I'll be very grateful. If it is possible can someone use a picture representation to help

Thank you for all your help

Regards ishaan

Also wanted to clarify that there is nothing wrong with the charger port in which you plug the cord in
