Hey, As per my research I got to know about the  positive and negative wires , So can i connect an external charging module by connecting the positive wires and negative wires properly with the module, just only for normal charging. But i will keep the original standard Dc jack..

We are not to here to help you "MacGyver"  or "jury-rig" your laptop's charging system.

 

What you are asking about is potentially dangerous.
