Check disk with Failure ID

Mi HP Pavilion modelo C1E05LA no puede bootear del disco duro. No lo encuentra. Al hacer un check disk muestra el siguiente FAILURE ID: RGC091-6NP601-MFPXOK-60S203

Your error code most likely indicates that you got a faulty primary (boot) drive, which needs to be replaced at your earliest convenience.  Please back up important data immediately if you can.

You can find out exactly what your failure ID means by using this link: HP Customer Support - Service Center.  Fill in the "Failure ID code", "Product number" (you can find this number in your "System Information" under "System SKU", followed by: #AKV South America -Spanish), "Country/region of support" (Chili), and "Language of support" (Spanish).
