I sent my Envy laptop to HP in mid-March and the check status of a warranty repair said return Apr 17 and remains unchanged as of today. It is now Apr 18 and I have heard nothing from HP, cannot figure out how to talk to a human as the virtual assistant on both phone and website can't figure out what I'm asking and just endlessly loops. I just want to know if I will ever see my laptop again and if not, I will just buy some other brand. I am so disappointed as I've had a good relationship with HP for over 10 years and 4 laptops. But I won't buy one again, given this lack of service. I know we're in epic pandemic right now, but I need my computer to do my work. It's been a month. So my question is: Is there anyway to talk to someone who can track my repair order?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Hi, It's now April 30th and I have not heard from anyone regarding my repair. It is now 6 weeks you have had my computer and I still have not heard from anyone regarding its status. Is there a phone number I can call to actually talk to a person to try to resolve this?

Hi, It is now April 30 and I still haven't heard from the promised support staff. You have had my computer now for 6 weeks and I have not heard one word about its status. Is there a way I can talk to a real live person to get this resolved? I really need my computer back.
