Hello

 

I'm opening a ticket about the chevron key (< > ) = ctrl on my HP 17-cn0418nf laptop. This key is located where right-ctrl is habitually present, between altgr and left arrow.

 

I followed this post but so far no success. At the end it is told that i can try a system recovery, but i'm hoping for some alternative solution. It's a laptop coming from my business and i can't just restore it like that.

 

Is there anybody that might have a solution for this ?

 

The laptop has been bought last week, so it's brand new.
