Chrome OS

When I plug my laptop in the charging indicator light appears for 15 seconds and then turns off. The laptop won’t charge or turn on. I tried a different ac adapter to no avail. How do I determine if it’s the battery?

I think you have already pretty well determined its a bad battery but run the test to be 100% sure.
