The battery in my Chromebook 11-v011dx is not charging, and the charger works just fine in my other Chromebook. Attempting the factory reset as recommended by the virtual agent completely depleted the battery.
1) Can I run the Chromebook on the power from the charger (plugged in)? If so, how? Plugged in and powered on yields nothing.
2) How do I go about getting a replacement battery for the Chromebook? HP support doesn’t exist or is really well hidden for this model.
thanks!
