When I plug in my charger the screen and the charging symbol flicker.  This only happens when the charger is plugged in.  I purchased a new charging cable.  First I bought a universal and then I bought an HP brand to see if that would fix the issue, but it did not.  I can however get my computer to work with a Lenovo charger.  I made sure the system was 100% up to date.
