Product: HP Chromebook 14-db0000 (5VU15AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS

The keyboard on Chrome Book 14-DB0003SA running Chrome 136.0.7103.142 keeps locking.
I am unable to type any characters. 

I can only recover the keyboard by resetting.

I have run the diagnostics and not found anything.

If I change accounts when the the keyboard is locked it doesn't recover.

I have "powerwashed " but this doesn't fix the problem.

 

I would apprecaite any ideas how to fix this problem.
