HP Recommended
My Chromebook has a motherboard issue as per the engineer visited ( As due to to the Chrome OS update it was not switching on nor showing charging light when connected to power source from official power adapter) and need to be replaced. It is almost a month from the issue is first reported.
HP India written mail now after all these days that they can not get the compatible mother board from US HP. (attached)
Request HP US to help their India counterparts by supplying the compatible motherboard to support well within warranty Chromebook without further delay.
