My Chromebook, which is still within its warranty period, is having issues charging. When I input the information on the underside of the Chromebook into the HP website, the product is not recognized. How should I proceed in order to get a ticket started to resolve this problem?

I've tried all the steps, now I will keep an eye on my issue and see if I still have it.

So I did all those things and it did not work. I still have the same problem. How do I open a support ticket?
