How is this legal to not allow customers to contact support for warrantied products?

 

I literally can't submit the product because the serial number is not recognized and there doesn't appear to be any other way to contact support.

I pinged a Moderator again.

 

Can you provide the product number and product name of your HP Chromebook?

Look on the bottom of the Chromebook. It will be in tiny lettering.

 

If you are comfortable with opening your HP Chromebook, there are videos on YouTube that explain how to reset the Chromebook.

 

I own one of the first model of the ChromeBooks and have had to do that periodically because it stopped charging, just as yours did.
