Product: HP Chromebook 14b-na0000 (2H5H6AV)

Whenever I disconnect the power to my Chromebook it shuts down. The battery is 100% charged but has a 14% health .

Is this a battery issue, if so what replacement battery would I need. The battery installed has a product number of SI03XL which I cannot find a direct replacement on the HP parts website.

We suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
