Product: HP Chromebook 14-ca021nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

The shift keys and the !@#$ and other keys that depend on the shift keys don't work properly and I have tried the hard reset and all of those sorts of things and am wondering if there are other options to try. The Chromebook is out of warranty, of course, but it's not THAT old and it's beyond frustrating that the keyboard doesn't work properly.

Can the external USB keyboard be used normally?If it can be used normally, the keyboard hardware may be damaged and a new keyboard needs to be replaced.
