My chromebook's keyboard suddenly stopped working again. I thought it was resolved yesterday after I had updated my device. The keyboard was working after the update, but now it has stopped working all over again. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Factory reset your Chromebook
  1. "Sign out of your Chromebook.
  2. Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
  3. Select Restart.
  4. In the box that appears, select Powerwash. Continue.
  5. Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account. ..."
  6. Once you've reset your Chromebook you can  login to your favorite internet connection and use it as before.
