HP Chromebook 13 G1
Chrome OS

Hello, my chromebook did not chare with the usual power adapter anymore.
I had an identical spare one, but same issue: No charging at all. The LED is off and no systray icon for charging.

But: Both power adapters charge my smartphone with no issues.
Even strange: I can charge the chromebook when using the smartphone charger, but (as mentioned per system notification) very slow (1 - 2% per hour?) or I need to shut it down.

Any idea what could be the reason for that and what a solution? Thanks.

With many thanks to the user Ish12 here is the solution:
Press the "reload key" (above the 4) and the power key simultaneousley.
Then the charging with the stock charger works again 🙂
I dont know why but I am happy since I have waited one year for a solution!
