HP Chromebook

I heard there is an adapter that turns your chromebook back into a regular laptop.  This allows me to set up dual monitors with my HP Chromebook.  What "adapter" do I need?  My HP Chromebook has USB 3.0 only.  HELP!  I've had this thing for two weeks and have been unable to use my dual monitors at home.  It's killing me - not really, but I need to do work at home to keep up.  And, I am not as proficient using one monitor.  Thanks.

What do you mean back into a regular laptop? A Chromebook uses the same hardware as any other laptop it just has the Chrome OS installed and weird BIOS that keep you from installing Windows. There are enthusiast sites out there with hacked BIOS that allow you to install Windows on a Chromebook but often Chromebooks come with very small hard drives not really big enough for Windows.
