Product: HP Chromebook 11a-na0035nr

My Hp Chromebook won’t charge or turn on it’s Been like this for the past few days.I’ve tried using the power reset. I’ve tried opening up the battery and disconnecting and connecting it but nothing seems to work

Do you have an alternative charger available to test? It sounds like the charger might be at fault here.
