Hello,
I want to do a deep clean with isopropyl alcohol, but to do so I would need to remove everything, so should I purchase new thermal pads, paste, or can I reutilize what is already there? It seems as though the thermal pad on the nvme SSD is really stuck to the heatsink, and I'm afraid of doing damage if I try to pull it off

Don't mess with the thermal pad on the SSD. You only need to clean metal to metal surfaces with alcohol. If the thermal pad has no paste on it, no need to replace it nor should you put paste there. Put a thin coat of paste wherever you clean with alcohol. A BB sized drop of paste is enough. Spread it on thin with a plastic spatula.
