I travel a lot with my omen 15, weather here is kinda dry and dusty and I never cleaned it after buying(around 10 months). I am noticing dust build up around blades through the grills. So should I try to clean it myself or ask a technician as it's still under warranty? Does removing back panel youself void warranty? Does hp provide service for cleaning laptop? And how do I know if it's really the time to clean the laptop?

Since the last time I checked, you don't have to sever any HP laptop access seals, and if you feel comfortable/capable removing the back panel as shown here: (1885) 🛠️ HP Omen 15 (2021, 15-en1000) - disassembly and upgrade options - YouTube. Then use compressed aka 'canned air' to blow out the dust/crap from the two cooling fans. Reattach the back panel and you're done.
Obviously, avoid leaving any scratches or blemishes when you are doing this.
Easy-peasy.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
