Hello, I have a laptop model 14bs0014, has a HDD of 1 T I have only used 188Gb, I bought a SSD of 480 Gb Crucial, I am using the Sw Acronis true image, at the time of cloning tells me that there is an error in the sector 264.192, and does not allow me to clone it on the new SSD, I would like to know what to do, how can I configure the partitions to fit on the SSD, and how to make it recognize the new SSD in the bios, could you please help me if you have a manual with the correct step by step in Spanish, I will be attentive thank you very much for the support!

Unfortunately there is no manual in Spanish for that.

 

Cloning a 1TB HDD to a 480GB SSD is not going to work.
