I am very annoyed by coil whine and am looking for ways to minimize it. Here are some observations about this issue on my laptop. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

1. Static noise always exists

2. The volume increases when plugged in

3. The volume is highest when the battery is nearly full or reaches the charging limit (while charging)

4. The noise decreases when the screen is active

5. Increasing the load (opening multiple tabs, running background applications) does not significantly reduce the noise
