Hola, tengo un portatil HP OMEN 17 que le instale un Windows 11 por que no tenia de fabrica y consideraba que iria mejor con un mejor sistema operativo, el problema es que tarda mucho en encender mas de 6 minutos a reloj, ya he actualizado controladores pero no puedo actualizar la BIOS por que desde HP support dice que con windows 11 no tengo opciones de actualizar la BIOS, solo me da la opcion de actualizar la BIOS desde un Window 10. Quien me pueda ayudar a solucionar este problema por favor que me lo diga.
