While I'm waiting for my customized machine with OLED to arrive, I downloaded the latest NVIDIA and Intel Graphics drivers and BIOS updates. What does BIOS version F.28 add which F.22 doesn't have?

Can't help you with the details. At the moment, I have only Business class systems (different BIOS options) and a couple of hand-built machines running dual boot Linux and Windows. Not a Spectre in the lot.
I would guess there are articles on the 'net that delve into the BIOS details on a Spectre. You might do a search and see what you can find.
Or, maybe another Expert or forum member can offer some insight.
Good Luck.

Open the Homepage for your computer >
Open category Software and Drivers
Open topic BIOS
Click to open the Details page
Scroll down and peruse (at least) the Fixes and Revision History sections
For example, open the BIOS Details website page:

The most details I got was that it added features which would work with newer models. I thought maybe someone knew the specifics, such as more options in the BIOS menus, improved or different behavior in certain areas, etc..
