Hi:

Your notebook uses DDR4-3200 memory.

According to chapter 1 of the model series' support page, the notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of memory.

HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1000 - Setup and User Guides | HP® Support

Chapter 5 has the memory removal and replacement procedure.

If you want to see if your notebook can support more than 2 x 8 GB of memory, you can run this report:

I have found that Crucial memory is usually compatible with most notebooks.

8 GB:

Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT8G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com

16 GB (if the report indicates 32 GB of memory is supported):

Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
