Could anyone advise me if the HP USB-C universal dock (partno. 1MK33ET#ABB) is compatible with the HP Pavilion Thinbook 14-bfnd? There is no list with compatible products.
I would like to use the 2 DP ports on the dock to connect 2 external monitors to the laptop.

Hello F59,
Apologizes for the late reply.
I regret to inform you that the USB-C port available on your laptop is only for data transfer.
I did find HP documentation in which it stated that the HP USB-C Dock (Y0K80AA) will work but this is most likely incorrect. Even if it did work, only some of the ports will work.
If you are looking for just some extra USB A ports, you can get something like the HP USB-C to USB-A Hub Z8W90AA.
Hopefully, this answers your question.
Best regards,
Eddy

Hello F59,
Could you post a specific model/product number of the laptop?
HP Pavilion Thinbook 14-bfnd isn't a proper HP product name.
(Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Forum)
Information on how to find a laptop's model/product number is detailed in this HP document.
Kind regards,
Eddy
