HP OMEN 17-w250nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I may have the answer but I still ask the question to be sure and avail the community if necessary.

Can you tell me what are the compatibilities with the M2 port of the HP OMEN 17-w250nf model, I have to put a larger capacity, I read that we can put sata but also pcie, I ask for confirmation.

The ssd pcie nvme interests me but I wonder if it works well in boot mode and if its does not disturb the other useful ports in pci.

Good if the HP OMEN 17-w250nf has the same characteristics and compatibility at the m2 port level as the entire HP OMEN 17-w200xx sa series could perhaps help other.

Model : HP OMEN 17-w250nf
Product Number : 2EP75EA # ABF
Motherboard : 8261 83.72
System Bios : F.48

Thank you for your answers

It specs

It has

  • 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA
  • 128 GB M.2 SSD     (also SATA)

Crucial says its M.2 NVMe P1 series is also compatible with your machine and These upgrades are guaranteed compatible when you order from Crucial.com:
