Hi. I am planning on upgrading my HP Omen 15-dc0019ur. And I want to make sure what are my options for SSD & RAM upgrades. Also I think about upgrading the hdd SATA to an SSD too. What specific models are compatible? Connection types and etc.
*
●it has factory 1TB SATA HDD
●8GB DDR4 factory RAM
** There is a slot for an NVMe M.2
(Don't know if I wrote that the correct way)

Hi:
Your notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2666 CL19 memory or DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.
The 3200 MHz memory will run at 2666 Mhz.
Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports NVMe SSD's.
The PCIe slot generation is 3.0.
Below is the link to the service manual:
OMEN by HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide
I'd go with Crucial memory, and a Samsung 980 PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD.
HP - Compaq HP OMEN 15 (Models 15-dc0000 - dc0999) | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com
Use a Western Digital Blue SA510 2.5" SSD to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with.
