However, if you were to buy this RAM, I would recommend purchasing it through Amazon -same price with superior return policies:

However, looking at HP Victus by HP laptop 16-e1xxx Users here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Victus-by-HP-Laptop-16-e1xxx/271686, these were the only DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz:

On a sidenote, the faster Ryzen 7 6800H (same 45 watt TDP as your Ryzen 5 6600H) appears to be compatible with your laptop, also confirmed here: AMD Ryzen 5 6600H Mobile processor - 100-000000546 (cpu-world.com):

However, the Ryzen processor may be an integral part of your system (mother) board (my apologies, I found it challenging to obtain online information), so switching out a processor on an HP Victus may not be as easy compared to other HP model laptops, or not feasible.
