Hi There,

    I have HP Note book:15-be006tu, the HDD (1TB) of which is damaged. I am planning to buy new HDD from Amazon, :

Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Internal Hard Drive HDD – 2.5 Inch (6.3 cm) SATA 6 Gb/s 5400 RPM 128 MB Cache for PC Laptop (ST1000LM048).

I would like to know if this HDD fits and is compatible to my notebook...

Hi:

 

That drive should be fine.

 

I recommend that if you can live with less storage space, replace the drive with a 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

The perform so much better.

 

For example, this 480 GB GB SSD costs just a little more than the 1 TB mechanical hard drive you want to buy.
