Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I want to replace the existing internal hard disk with a new one. Could anyone suggest me which Hard disk is compatible for HP Probook 6460b.

Hi,

 

Your model supports 9.5-mm, 6.35-cm (2.50-in) SATA hard drives. This means that you can insert any 2.5" Sata Hard drive. You can choose the brand you prefer. You can also opt for an SSD which would increase everyday performance.

 

You will need to reinstall the OS either with recovery disks, Windows bootable media or by migrating an image.
