Hi, I want to upgrade my system's RAM from 8GB to 16GB.

Product Number
F6C59PA
Microprocessor
2.4 GHz Intel Core i7-4700MQ
Memory
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L

It carries a 1600 MHz variant, but I want to confirm whether I can use other variants like 1866 MHz, 2133 MHz or system will only support 1600 MHz? Thanks.

Hi,

It supports max 16GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM (2x8GB)

You could insert faster DDR3L RAM, however it will still only run at 1600MHz.

Hope it helps,
