I have HP 15AC122TU laptop and it came with 4GB of Ram detailed as Samsung 4GB 1Rx8 PC3L-12800 S-11-13-B4 coupled with Intel Core i3 processor. I want to upgrade my ram with another 4GB. The used Ram slot is engraved with DDR3 STD 1.5V while the empty one is DDR3 RVS 1.5V.

Help me choosing the correct Ram viz. Frequency and Voltage support.

The specs of your machine is

         https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04779457

It has  4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now . L is for lower voltage which is 1.35V. You can use the following compatible RAM to upgrade to

          (a) 8GB: add 4GB more:   https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct51264bf160b/ct8344167

          (b) 16GB:                             https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct2kit102464bf160b/ct8344170
