Hello HP Team,
I recently just bought this new laptop and im thinking of upgrading the ram currently it has 1x8gb 2667 mhz one. Can i put a 16gb corsair vengeance as the second one?
Thanks.

Yes but you would actually be better served adding another 8 gb OEM type module to have 16 total.
You have the model number slightly off. I am assuming it is a 15-dk0043tx.
start on p. 32 to remove the rear cover. The Performance or gaming memory will not run any faster than the original OEM memory particularly if you mix modules. If you have mismatched module size you lose dual channel operation which costs a bit of memory performance.
So either get 2 x 16 or install another 8 gb module.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
