Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.
Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports both SATA and NVMe M.2 2280 SSD's.
You can also replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD, but a NVMe SSD will provide much better sequential read/write speeds than a SATA SSD will.

On the back of your notebook should be the serial number.
You can maybe research if anything went wrong with anyone from the internet, but generally;
all ssd's should work.
Ofcourse, make sure you have space, and generally for laptops, stick to a 2.5 inch drive.
If you are going M.2, the size of it matters, just make sure if you buy an M.2, that the size matches up.
Not the storage, but the actual size. Read more here and scroll down to the "Size matters" section.
