Hi. Lately, I've been looking to add additional storage on my laptop since there is an empty ssd slot, but I don't know which SSDs are compatible with it.
I'm not sure what PCIe my laptop supports, here are my options so far so if anyone knows if they're both compatible I would appreciate it.

Hi:
Either drive will work fine, but since your notebook's NVMe slots are only PCIe Gen 3.0, the Samsung 990 Pro Gen 4.0 SSD will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from a Gen 3.0 SSD slot.
