I need to change the battery of my hp notebook The laptop is about 4 or 5 years old (I use it, having bought it used for about 2 years).
I have two problems (one easier to solve, the other a little less) The first one is if I should get it original, but I give the answer myself. Apart from the cost, about 70 € if it is an original battery of a notebook produced 4/5 years ago in the best case scenario even if it is new it will be 3 years old so always in the best case scenario it will have a charge down to 70/80% so I would say better a compatible one maybe I will have more hope/luck of a shorter period in storage/production and therefore a higher performance when I will put it in (another cost to budget)
With the HP app in ‘hp laptop 15-da0xxx Notebook specifications’ I read in the battery section ‘Peripheral name HT03041 ’ since this is an online purchase and compatible battery is that with 100% certainty the model I will have to look for to get a compatible one that fits my notebook? Any idea where to buy it? My idea is to buy it and then take it to someone who knows how to put it in so that I can limit the technician's revenue and thus have more savings
