Currently i have Corei7 6500 U.
So i am searching whether i can somehow upgrade to core i7 6920 HQ, 6820HQ/HK.
Also whether i can upgrade to 32 GB or RAM or not. I already upgraded to 16GB.
It is a BGA socket based, so it will not be easy. But still worth a try to know theoretically it can support which processors.

For Processor: No you can't upgrade the CPU itself, you have to buy a new System board (if available) with
(a) New CPU (soldered to motherboard),
(b) New video card (if applicable),
(c) New license for Operating system,
(e) New motherboard itself.
Because all 4 components above are on a same piece of hardware called System board. Page 62 of the following manual shows pre-built boards
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04642845.pdf
For RAM: Max is 16. Pgae 2 of the same manual shows you max RAM supported
Regards.

That is a good question but the Windows 10 license key is embedded to EACH motherboard therefore you can't move it to new motherboard. Please talk with Microsoft, you may be able to buy a motherboard without Windows 10 key and Microsoft may give you another key, I don't know.
